Northwood also uses the Franchise Management System - FMS. FMS is an enhanced version of SAMS which has been enhanced to manage the franchise business at every level. Northwood have currently adopted FMS to manage franchisee offices, accounting reports, franchisee statistical performance analysis, complaints, support requests, invoices, stock control and calendar & event management.
