TSi has gone from strength to strength to date boasting the most comprehensive property inventory software on the market. With the advent of new components and features, TSi now has the following additional features and updates in the respective versions.
Version 2.1
- Enhanced multi user management functions.
- Tooltips and hints for all main menu icons.
- Option to add decimal point on meter readings screen.
- Confirmation screen on saving meter readings.
- Integration of the help manual.
- Audio controls fix on the description form.
- Next room buttons fix.
- Undo button fixed.
- Option to assign a default room order to all rooms.
- Order pictures in the image manager by page.
- Option to add multiple tenant signatures.
- Option to attach company logo as jpeg.
- Option to assign additional drop down lists to schedule of condition page.
Version 2.2
- Structural database update including updates on all room types.
- Update drop down boxes conditions and items.
- Refined item specific popup sentences.
- New stored sentence feature.
- Added new descriptions, conditions & general terminology to the database.
Version 2.3
- Created new column to add works required, add damage or liability to check outs.
- New addition to picture template allows large amount of pictures to be displayed on a single page.
Version 2.4
- Option to attach picture to the front page of the report from the report screen.
- Increase the total text in schedule of condition info field.
- New import / export manager allows full database backup and option to merge databases.
