Accounts Management

PBS's accounts facility enables full management of clients’ accounts. The account manager tracks all income and expenditure, from tenants right through to agents, suppliers, landlords and taxes.

The facility is able to import BACS files enabling the automatic updating of rents paid. Additionally, multiple accounts can be managed with facilities for full client and branch financial reconciliation. Features include:
