When moving to a new system, one of the main concerns of system owners is the transfer of data from the existing to the new system. Training

We recognise that a major aspect of a successful system implementation is associated with good training. Once the users are confident in using our systems; especially many of the new facilities now available; productivity improves. To that end, we provide high-quality training for all our products.

Our end-user training programme is designed to meet the different needs of our clients. Training can be carried out onsite or online.

Security

Security has not been added in as an optional extra - it comes as standard. We understand that your data is a key and critical asset for your business' success. PBS is designed to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your company's data through advanced security features and extensive testing.

Access to PBS is restricted via user name and password. All accounts are allocated to a specific user group, which determines the system access level and the activities which can be undertaken. The system provides full audit trails and logging user activities so that all data changes can be reviewed and rolled back.

Customisation and Preferences

PBS has a wide range of user preferences which can be predefined and configured to cater for individual requirements. In addition, PBS can be customised around your company’s processes and branding.
