Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an Order

The point of order of goods is defined by when the invoice confirming the order is issued by us.The customer has the right to cancel the order within 5 days forfeiting the deposit fee.

Cancellation of a Service

The commencement of a service is defined by when the Company has received an invoice payment (where the Company has sent an invoice to the customer and the customer has made payment in respect of the invoice) from the customer.  The customer has no right to a refund once the service has commenced.  The term service includes but is not limited to telephone support, onsite support, software support, general support, online maintenance, software maintenance, general maintenance, web hosting, search engine optimisation, desktop publishing, software licensing and labour.

Domain Renewal

The Company will automatically renew the domain on the customer's behalf, unless the customer specifies otherwise.

Transferring a Domain

In the event a customer wishes to transfer a domain away from the Company, the Company will be entitled to charge an administration fee. 

Return Policy

Hardware

We recognise that goods supplied may not at all times meet your expectations. In our experience there are many reasons why that may happen. Examples of those reasons include a defect in the goods at the point of delivery to you, incompatibility with existing components within your system or network, poor installation or simply slower performance than you require.We will not be able to establish why the goods have failed to meet your expectations without an opportunity of inspecting and testing the goodsIn any case where the goods fail to meet your expectations, we invite you to return them to us with an explanation of the problem.In any case where we agree that the problem has arisen because of a defect in the goods at the point of delivery to you:

·         We will inspect and test the goods.

·         We will replace the goods within 10 working days and cover any delivery / transport costs incurred.

·         We reserve the right to charge you £10 as a contribution towards the cost of inspecting and testing the goods should no defect be found.

·         We will nonetheless try to assist you in resolving the problem in any event.The customer has the right to a full refund within a 14 day period from the point of delivery, providing the product is unused. In this case, the customer will be forfeiting the deposit fee.Unused shall be construed as the product:

·         Not damaged in any way.

·         Not containing files, logs or any other software related changes from the point of delivery.

·         Not show any physical signs of use.SoftwareAt the point of delivery the softwareEnd User Licence Agreement automatically commences. At this point due to potential piracy issues (including counterfeiting and copying), the software is non refundable.

The Company reserves the right to cease all work, shut down all services including but not limited to websites, servers, hardware, software or any other services and/or hardware or appliance provided for by The Company in the event that the client fails to comply with written and/or verbal agreements of payment and in any event where outstanding payments are more than 30 days over due (based on the initial invoice[s]) or The Company perceives the client doesn't have intent to pay.

Until such time as all payment for work done has been made, The Company retains sole rights and ownership over all work done including but not limited to all logos, designs, web templates, websites, interfaces, documents, software, hardware, cables, equipment, calendars, advertising material and the like.

General Liability

The Company shall not be liable to any party which it sells its products to or provides services to for any type of loss, costs, claims, demands, proceedings, injury, expenses, liabilities, losses or damages regardless of whether Company knew or had reason to know of the possibility of the loss, costs, claims, demands, proceedings, injury, expenses, liabilities, losses or damages.
